If you'd like someone to show you EverWeb on your own computer, book an EverWeb coaching session. One of our support team joins you live, one-to-one, by screen sharing, and works through your questions with your own website. With your permission, we can also take control of your screen to show you where to click or to fix something for you, and you can take it back at any time. Sessions last 10 or 55 minutes, in English or Spanish.

Each session is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You can order several sessions at once, for example one a week while you build your website.
People often book a session when they:
- Are new to EverWeb and want a guided tour of pages, Containers and publishing before they start.
- Are moving from iWeb, Adobe Muse, Wix or another builder and want to see how to rebuild their website. If you'd rather we rebuilt it for you, see Convert your website to EverWeb: move any website and get a no-obligation quote.
- Have a nearly finished website and are stuck on how it looks on phones.
- Want someone to look over their page titles and text for search engines.
Buy and book a session
- Go to the coaching sessions in our store, choose the session and how many you'd like, and check out. Sign in with your EverWeb account, or create one if you're new.
- Open a support ticket and say you've bought a coaching session. Include:
- which session you bought, and how many
- what you'd like to cover
- your time zone and the days and times that suit you
- whether you'd like the session in English or Spanish
- We reply to arrange a time and send you the details for joining the screen sharing.
Sessions can't be booked through the forum, because we need your account details. Please use a ticket.
Get ready for your session
- Use the computer you build your website on, Mac or Windows. EverWeb doesn't run on a phone or tablet.
- Update EverWeb to the newest version: EverWeb > Check For Update... on a Mac, Help > Check For Update... on Windows.
- Open EverWeb, sign in and open your project before the session starts.
- Back up your project, which is a good habit before any big change. See How Can I Backup my EverWeb Project File?.
- Write down your questions, most important first. Have examples ready, such as websites whose look you like, or a screenshot of an error.
- Join a few minutes early using the details we sent. Your computer may ask you to allow screen sharing, or control of your computer, the first time. Allow it, or we'll only see a blank screen.
- Take notes, or ask us to go through a step again.
Free help is still there
Coaching is optional. For a problem, an error message or a question about your account, open a support ticket. Phone support comes with EverWeb + Hosting or the Priority Phone Support add-on.
