How can I upgrade my EverWeb + Hosting account?

You can easily and instantly upgrade your EverWeb  + Hosting account to get more file space, bandwidth or features. The upgrade price is just the difference in price, prorated by the amount of time left in your EverWeb + Hosting term. So, you can upgrade your account at any time with no financial penalty.

The upgrade process should take you 5 - 10 minutes.

The steps to upgrade are as follows;
  1. Login to your client area.
  2. Go to Services->My Services within your EverWeb client area
  3. Select the Service you want to upgrade
  4. One the next screen, press the 'Upgrade/Downgrade' link under 'Actions' on the left side
  5. On the next screen, select the EverWeb + Hosting package you want to upgrade to
  6. Follow the steps to Upgrade your account.
  7. Once you place your order you are instantly upgraded. Make sure to log out and log back into your account.
Please note, your file space and bandwidth statistics are updated once a day within your client area so please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for these values to update. In the meantime, you can begin using your new file space and bandwidth right away.
