These settings are the same in every email app. If you haven't created your email address yet, do that first: see Create an email address with your own domain (EverWeb + Hosting).
Your mail server
Use mail.yourdomain.com for both incoming and outgoing mail, with your own domain in place of yourdomain.com. For example, if your website is yourbusiness.com, use mail.yourbusiness.com.
Use your server name instead if:
- you added the domain or changed its nameservers (the setting that tells the internet where your website and email live) in the last 24 hours. The security certificate for
mail.yourdomain.comcan take that long to be issued. - your domain doesn't point to EverWeb Hosting, for example because your website is with another company.
Your server name looks like name.ragesw.com, and differs between accounts. To find it, sign in to the Client Area, go to Services > My Services, click your hosting plan, and find Server Name under Hosting Information.
Once your domain points to EverWeb Hosting and a day has passed, you can change to mail.yourdomain.com. It keeps working even if we move your account to another server.

Use the same server for incoming and outgoing.
Your email password is not your EverWeb account password. It is the one you set for this address. If you've forgotten it, see How do I change or reset my email password? We can't show you the current one.
IMAP or POP3? Use IMAP if you read mail on more than one device: everything stays in sync, and deleting on one deletes on all. POP3 downloads mail to one device. It is an easy way to keep a local backup.
