You must sign into your EverWeb account to publish your site within the EverWeb software. To do this open the Settings window from the EverWeb menu in the top left corner of your screen (on Windows, choose Edit > Options).
Alternatively you should see a Sign In button right above the 'Choose...' button.
Once you are signed in to your account you can publish your website to a folder.
