Your old website is most likely still appearing because you have yet to update your domain's name servers. Please refer to the welcome email that was sent to you upon registration. In order to be able to publish to your add-on domains, you must set up these domains in your account. Login to your account and go to Services > My Services and then click on the blue View Details button. Scroll down to the Addon Domains button, and from there you will be able to set up the additional domains. |

You do not need to transfer the domains. The domains can be left at the current domain registrar, and you can use the domains with your EasyWeb hosting plan. 1) Add the domain to your account via the instructions given earlier 2) Publish the website for each respective domain 3) Update the domain's name servers as per the instructions in the welcome email. |

Link option for text and shapes does not allow for testing - either in the Editor or in Preview - or even from opening the index.html from a saved to folder publish. One option that iWeb had that was very useful was a toggle to make links active or not in the editor. Easy Web crashed when attempted to undo edits on shapes/texts I was attempting to make them links. Reopening Easy Web and then publishing to folder still did not show the change in status of the page attribute of disabling the Navigation Pages one by one (another great feature is in iWeb you can do this all at once but apparently not in EW. I submitted a formal report on the crash. However, I can not ascertain the links. They simply do not link in any way that I have tried to test them but they are set up properly. |

I have created quite a few iWeb websites and know how to create a 'external page' link as well as a 'one of my pages' link. I understand why you might think I may not be doing it correctly - especially since other users have had no problem, but I can not for the life of me figure out what I could possibly be doing wrong. Forget the EXTERNAL pages for now. the editor does not allow a link to be active even for a link to 'one of my pages', and the preview does not test accurately for a link having been established; the cursor does not toggle to a link icon in preview mode either. However, a link image icon ON the text box that is attempting to be linked does show up. Note: As for posting the URL . . . I would make sure the URL was an active one before attempting to link it. However, this problem is happening with even one of my pages so . . . . and it's weird because previous versions of EW I tested did not have this issue. I know it's probably something I am doing. I just can't figure it out. |

| Every time I try to make a blank page I have issues. I have no footer or header. Just height and width but if I put a picture in I can't bring it to the top. I blue line pops up not allowing me to bring the picture where I want. Then I open a text box and it doesn't allow me to put it where I want. Those blue lines pop up keeping it restricted. |

| Also I set my height to 100. I dont want the page to scroll down. But if I move items around and import a picture the scroll tab for height appears. I never want that. As soon as it appears even if I re enter height it has the tab bar still. So if I check the preview I can scroll the height even though nothing is there to scroll to. |

| Thread: Mask dont work one all pictures |
| I tried to make my first Easy Web page today and run in to the mask problem, from Format menu i chose mask, it works one some pictures and not one others. I have used only Jpeg pictures in this test |

| The option is not available one some of the pictures. But all of them are Jpeg. I try one other picture file types later today.. |

| I copied and pasted text from another web site that had an email link imbedded. EW crashed when I was trying to delete the email address. I was painfully reminded of the importance of frequently saving my work. |
