When adding an add-on domain I get this error "A DNS entry for the domain already exists"

When adding an add-on domain if you get this error "A DNS entry for the domain already exists" it means that you have already added the domain in another location such a Parked Domain or Subdomain.

You will have to remove the domain that you added elsewhere in your account before adding it as an add-on domain.

You can do this by logging into your client area and going to Services->My Services and then clicking the Service there and using the manage options on the left hand side.
