Your EverWeb license never expires. You can keep using any version released while your Updates & Support plan was active. A newer version won't publish until you renew.
If you've installed a version your plan doesn't cover, you have two choices.
Renew your Updates & Support plan
Follow this link to log in to your client area and renew your plan. After renewing, log out and back in from your EverWeb Settings window (Edit > Options on Windows), or quit and reopen EverWeb.
Download an earlier version of EverWeb
- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Services > My Services from the navigation menu.
- Select your EverWeb Standalone service.
- On the left side, click Downloads.
- Download the latest version that falls within your plan.
Already opened your project in the newer version? The earlier version may not open it. If that happens, go back to an automatic backup made before you updated: in the Projects window, use Restore from BackUp. See How to back up your project.
