To publish, sign in to your EverWeb account inside EverWeb, then choose where your website goes. You don't need to download EverWeb again: the copy you tried becomes the full version when you sign in.
1. Sign in
Go to EverWeb > Settings on a Mac, or Edit > Options on Windows, then the Account tab. Type the email address and password you bought with, tick Add to keychain and click Sign In. More help: Where is my EverWeb serial number? How do I activate EverWeb?
