Can I password protect my website?

As of EverWeb 1.3 you can password protection your entire website, or certain sections of your website. You can use an unlimited number of usernames/passwords.

Password Protection requires the EverWeb + Hosting package.

Only directories in EverWeb can be password protected. Use the 'Add Directory' button in the toolbar to add a directory to your site. You can then add child pages to this directory by pressing the 'Add Page' button.

To password protect the directory, select the directory in the web page list and then go to the Page Settings tab in the Inspector. Scroll to the bottom where it says 'Password Protection' and press the Add button to add new usernames/passwords.

You can add as many usernames/passwords as needed.

Username and passwords are case sensitive.
