Very rarely your registration number may not be remembered the next time you launch one of our products. This may mean that there is a problem with your Preferences file. All you have to do is go to your Preferences folder located at:
Username/Library/Preferences/
and search for the Preferences file for the application you are using. Once you have found it, move it to the trash and try entering your registration details again. It should work fine now.
The preferences file will either start with the program name or 'com.ragesw.'
For example, Macintosh Explorer's Preferences file is called "Macintosh Explorer Prefs" whereas MapDesign's Preferences file is called com.ragesw.mapdesign.xml.
