Yes. EverWeb runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 as well as on Mac. You can move a project between a Mac and a PC, so you can work on either.
Which license do I need?
- EverWeb + Hosting: both the Mac and Windows versions are included.
- EverWeb Standalone: choose Mac or Windows at no charge. To use both, add the one-time Multi-Platform License ($24.95 USD). See How Can I Upgrade EverWeb to Use on Windows and Mac?
- One license covers your own computers, for example a desktop and a laptop. See Can I use EverWeb on my desktop and laptop computer or do I have to buy a license for each?
Download and install
- Go to the EverWeb download page and click Download EverWeb for Windows.
- Open EverWebSetup.exe and follow the installer.
- Open EverWeb. If you've bought it, sign in under Edit > Options > Account so you can publish.
If Windows shows a warning:
- If your browser says the file isn't commonly downloaded, choose Keep. In Microsoft Edge, you may need to click Show more, then Keep anyway.
- If a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen window appears when you open the installer, click More info, then Run anyway.
