EverWeb 4.5, the current version, runs on Macs with macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later and on PCs with Windows 10 or Windows 11. On a Mac it runs natively on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
Mac
- macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later
- Apple silicon (M-series) and Intel Macs. It's one download for both, and it's a 64-bit app.
Windows
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
Also good to know
- Internet connection: you need one to sign in, download templates and publish your website. You design your website on your computer.
- iPad and iPhone: EverWeb runs on Mac and Windows computers only. There's no version for iPad or iPhone, but the websites you make with EverWeb work on phones and tablets.
- Mac and Windows together: EverWeb + Hosting includes both. With EverWeb Standalone, you choose one at no charge, or add the one-time Multi-Platform License to use both. See How Can I Upgrade EverWeb to Use on Windows and Mac?
Older Macs
If your Mac can't run macOS 10.13, an older version of EverWeb may still work on it:
| Your macOS | Last EverWeb version for it |
|---|---|
| 10.13 (High Sierra) or later | The current version |
| 10.10 to 10.12 | EverWeb 3.4.2 |
| 10.7 to 10.9 | EverWeb 2.9.1 |
Older versions don't have the newest features. If your computer is old, write to us with your macOS or Windows version before you buy, and we'll tell you what will work.
The quickest check
