My website was suspended by ICANN. What do I do?

ICANN, the company that controls domains and domain registration, implemented new rules that all domain details must be verified within 15 days of registering a domain or updating your domain details (such as your email address, mail address etc...). Since you didn't verify your domain, ICANN suspended it, not us. Unfortunately we have no control over your website's suspension.

Visiting your website provides instructions on how to activate it. There is a number you must enter on your website that once entered will send a verification to the email attached to your domain. Once you receive the email and verify your domain, your website will be unsuspended.

Please note, that unsuspension may take up to 24 hours once you click the verification link in the email you receive.

We have no control over this situation and this is implemented by ICANN to ensure that all domain details are up to date and correct.

I never received an email to verify my website. What should I Do?

If you haven't received an email after a few hours of filling out the numbers field on your website and press the 'Resend Verification Email' button your email provider may be blocking these emails. Check your SPAM and JUNK folders first. If you still don't see the verification email, you will need to specify an alternate email. We recommend creating a free gmail account. Then login to your client area here;

Go to Domains->My Domains and click the Manage Domains button. From the Manage Domain menu next to the domain you need to verify, select 'Edit Contact Details' and enter your new email address. Then go back to your website in your browser and enter the verification number again. Wait up to 60 minutes to receive your verification email.
