There doesn't seem to be any issue with the contact form in the screenshot...

Publishing is a little problem for me - I don't know how because the urls I have are already in use..... Please help me with this...

If you have an EasyWeb account in the publishing settings window enter a Site Name and it won't overwrite the website you already have.[/quote:gor2xmyv]

I tried now to upload it on my normal account - but I can not open it. I guess you are more informed about it than me. the url my Smtp tells me is: www.kathrinchristians.de/Easyweb

Please tell me if this works...

Thread: Text within round rectangle off in Preview
When I place text inside of a rectangle with rounded corners in EW, then go to Preview it looks different from my original. (I created the shape in EW and did not bring it over from iWeb.)

At this stage of things I'm not on the web ... only have a domain name.

p.s. Found the solution-first, place the shape, the rounded rectangle just where I want it. Then use a text box to place the text within the shape. Works perfectly. Was going at it ass backwards-typing the text along with the other text, then trying to squeeze the rectangle around it.

Thread: Youtube
Why don't you embed buttons for almost every important social media page - and not only a like me button but a link? There is so much: Linkedin, youtube Channel, Facebook.

Thank you

Thread: Posting to other hosting options
Hey I was wanting to publish on my hosting I have through Machighway.com and I was wondering if that were possible in the beta, It doesn't seem to let me drop down the menu. Thanks

To publish to third party web hosts, you will need to use the Publish to folder option and then upload the website using an FTP client.

Thanks, Paul, I see it now-I've also been mistakenly clicking on the wrong file in my folder when I should have opened up the one that says, ew siteinfoxml.

Thread: Posting to other hosting options
Roddy, I'm still confused about publishing to folder. Here's why...

I click on the Publish icon at the bottom of the EW page.

Then I get the message that "You must sign into your EasyWeb account to publish your website." So far, so good. So then I click on "Create Account."

That takes me to Rage's "Web Hosting" page where it looks like my only options are to sign up for paid hosting. I see two prices there. What confuses me is this: In past Beta's I published to folder and there was no need to sign up for paid hosting. Does creating an account mean you're signing up for paid hosting now? If so I can hold off on the hosting and merely use Preview until EW is out of Beta.

Thanks / John

Thread: External Link Prepends My Website URL
I used one of the templates which includes buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn. I set the link properties to point to an External Page and provided the full URL to the appropriate website.

Unfortunately, the resulting URL when I deploy is the full url to MY website followed by the full url to the link destination.

Example: http://www.mywebsite.com/www.facebook.c ... cebookpage

When it should simply be http://www.facebook.com/myfacebookpage

Thanks in advance for your help.

ps. you can take a look at the deployed website here: http://www.dharmavibration.com

Thread: External Link Prepends My Website URL
Thanks. I did a search for external links in the bug reports and couldn't find it.
