How can I verify that my title and meta tags have been added to my website?

Once you have published your website, open it up in Safari.



Go to the view menu and select "View Source". Look for the following text in the source code. It will be near the top of the source after the tag;



<title>....</title>



Everything between the above tags will be the title you have entered for that page.



Then look for <meta name="



You will see a few meta tags. The keyword and description tags are what you will be looking for. If they are there then everything has worked properly.
