Hi Carole, Thanks for reaching out. Please send us the whole error log so we can look at the problem. To do this, click on "Copy to Clipboard" when an error pops up. I can also note that you are not using the latest version of the application, so I recommend that you update to the latest one (EverWeb menu -> Check for Updates). Looking forward to hearing from you. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

Now I am getting this error window: DO NOT PUBLICLY POST THIS LOG Error: 28 Operation timeout. The specified time-out period was reached. This can be caused by a weak internet connection, being disconnected by your server, your IP being blocked on the server end or other reasons. Try keeping EverWeb in front of all other applications and publishing again. Error log. Hi Carole, As mentioned in the error log, please don't post these error logs publicly as they contain sensitive information about your server. Please open a support ticket so we can look into this issue privately. From the error log you are sending this appears to be a permissions issue on your server side. Please verify with your web hosting provider that you have the correct FTP details and there is enough file space on your account to publish new files. Also verify your IP was not banned with them. Then reduce the amount of connection under EverWeb Preferences->Publishing Settings If you continue to have issues, please open a support ticket as indicated above. Now I am able to publish but not a new page I added to the site. I have tried publishing site changes and publishing entire site and this one page...Dead Mothers, under Paintings, will not publish. I have duplicated the page and tried again to no avail? Thoughts? |
