Hi, Barbara! The best way to add the video to your blog page is to upload it to YouTube and then insert the hyperlink. This will allow you to save some hosting space and bandwidth resource. Just get the URL from Youtube and use the "camera" icon form the toolbar of your blog post. Paste the URL and click on "Insert". The video will appear.
