How do I...find my DNSs?

Hi, I have a new website. Normally, I would go to GoDaddy and change the DNSs to the ones another one of my websites use. I know this is not proper, but it's always worked. This time, however, it's been 48+ hours and the new website hasn't propagated to its URL. (Still a parked Godaddy page). Could someone guide me, please? Thank you!! |

Hi, That is the correct process. A few things to check would be; 1. You have added the domain as an add on domain in your EverWeb account. You can do this from your client area. 2. Double check the DNS are entered correctly, making sure there are no accidental typos If you continue to have problems, please let me know the domain you are trying to add or contact customer support and we'll get this sorted out for you ASAP! ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
