Sage pay is asking to me to change the privacy of my domain so they can see that I'm registered to the domain name as is it just coming up private. How do I do this? Thank you in advance Mark |

Go here: http://whois.domaintools.com/ Type your domainname. Is it private or are your accountdetails visible. Nothing to do with EW. |

Contact your domain name registrar and ask them to provide proof. You are paying them extra for this privacy so let them do the work.

Hi Mark, If you cancel the domain privacy you will have to purchase it again later and I highly recommend you keep it. If you are registered with us, just login to your client area and go to Domains->My Domains and you can see your contact details there for it. Otherwise, contact your domain registrar and ask them what contact details are associated with your domain.
