| I've reset my password and uninstalled and reinstalled the application and I keep getting the same result. I am unable to Sign In in the preferences window. When are you guys going to make it to where I don't have to periodically go back in and enter my registration information and make sure that it works whenever I at least try to log into it. I enter in my email/pass and the sign in just spins forever. What the f. | |

I am able to login to the client area. I tried my old password and it refused to connect, which is more than it was doing before, so I reopened it and tried my new password and it logged in. Still, the fact that I have to be connected to internet to make this software work is ludicrous considering I've already purchased it. You guys need to fix that. Last edit 11 years ago |
