The social media image selection under page description box, does what? You choose an image and where does it go? If you already have social media widgets placed. etc.etc.etc.

It inserts the image URL in a meta tag which supports the Open Graphics Protocol. The meta tag appears in the head of the page HTML doc like this... <meta property="og:image" content="http:/domain-name.com/folder-name/image-name.jpg" /> The page URL is placed in another like this... <meta property="og:url" content="http://domain-name.com/page-name.html" /> ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I've just tested this feature and it really needs to have a checkbox option for removing it - and the og:url - for those who publish to a local folder. When doing so, the URLs are to the local files... <meta property="og:url" content="http://Macintosh HD:Users:Noname:EverWeb Files:Sites:widget-test:/index.html" /> <meta property="og:image" content="http://Macintosh HD:Users:Noname:EverWeb Files:Sites:widget-test:/ewExternalFiles/helix.jpg" /> With this - and the fact that EverWeb overwrites user added assets in the local folder when publishing the full site - it seems we are being steered away from this method of publishing. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
