Do not feel like figuring out the image thing again.

Click this to see how I see your text box sizes when using inspector in Safari.

well that's really bizarre because as you can see in those same images I posted the text box sizes are not at all like that

is there anybody in technical support for everweb that can explain why the text boxes for me look completely different on other peoples screens?

I would suggest contacting Support since you are in a hurry, never know when this will be seen. Reference this thread when you do.

If you compare your font vs the font on my image, they are different sizes with different placement. I have looked at it in 3 browsers and they all look like my images

thanks, yea I've already spent the last two days on the phone with them. i must have tried calling them 10 times over the last hour so if I ever do get in touch with them again I'll be sure to show them the pictures you provided. the only answers i've seemed to get from them are "clear your cache" and "it looks fine on our end" and oh yea, a link to their knowledge base question forum which is them basically saying "here, figure it out for yourself". it's just problem after problem with them and i'm not getting any answers.

I noticed something odd, but do not know what it is.

Try this- Open EW, Open that project, go to the FAQ Page, go to top and click Edit- Select All. When you scroll down the Maintenance, is there something there that should not be? When I inspect your text box I see 2 at 2 sizes by slightly moving the cursor, but do not know if that is what I am really seeing, I lack the technical knowledge to know what all the different parts used are.

Do you use the Developer tools in Safari? That is where I got my images. If not- Open Safari, Open Preferences, go to Advanced- at bottom click the box to Show Developer Tools.
Now go to your site, go to FAQ page, go to top and click Developer (between Bookmarks and Window)- click Show Page Source. At the top of the bottom window that is now open- click Inspect and move the cursor around and you will see it highlight things. Move it over the Maintenance area and see what you see. It may help, even if you do not really understand what you are seeing. It has helped me see how others did something and has helped me find an issue I could not have found otherwise

I just remembered that you can enter text directly onto Shapes. It may not be perfect but may be a workaround for you for now. Go back here and you can see I made a Shape and double clicked it and entered text and changed color and size. I did not explore any other options with the text, like shadows

The bigger the font size the more space you need. Just keep widening the box until the return disappears when viewed in the browser.
What padding and line height are you using in these boxes?

See this page for more info about setting up text boxes...

http://everwebcodebox.com/content/text-content.html

.... although you really should be inserting thesse as HTML headings.
