Fonts Show Up Differently From App to Published

This is really driving me crazy. Once I've published my page and I go to it on the browser, the fonts are completely different from what I selected...in addition, they are often a completely different size. on edit: I might add that they are often a different color than I selected....arrrrrg! Make sure you are loading the updated files in the browser by either emptying the browser cache, hitting the refresh button a few times or putting a ? after the end of the URL. Any of these will force the browser to load from the sever rather than the cache.
