| I have a contact form in a responsive row. It looks fine in Everweb, but when previewed/published, the contact form is gone, as if it isn't even there. Help?!?!! | |

Hi Anita, Clearing browser cache should help. For Safari, go to top menu bar > Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website data, find your site in the window that appears, select it and click "Remove". Then restart your browser. For Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache Also, I noticed that you are almost out of free disk space. I would suggest you to clear unused images and files from your project file or you can upgrade your license to get more disk space. Let me know if you are interested in this. Hi Anita, Likely the issue is that you have set the contact form to not appear on certain devices under Inspector->Metrics->Responsive settings. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| I'm still having trouble with the contact form disappearing. I cleared cache, and can't find "Metrics-Responsive settings" in the Inspector. I also cannot figure out how to clear unused assets. Help please? | |

Hi Anita, The metrics tab is the third tab in the inspector. Can you please share the exact URL of the page that should have Contact Form on it so I can take a look on my end? ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

This is the website: Contact Homeborne There is supposed to be a contact form below it (screenshot attached). I must be blind, I can't find anything that says "metrics" in the inspector. For the contact form, third tab over in the inspector is Size, Position, Rotation, and Responsive options. All the boxes are checked under Responsive ("Show on mobile/tablet/desktop/wide desktop"). |

Hi Anita, It looks like you most likely have an HTML Snippet widget on your site with incorrect code in it. That is causing the rest of the page to not load properly. I would duplicate the page with the issue and remove all the custom HTML code you have entered and preview your site. Then you should see the contact form. Then you can put the html snippet widgets back in one by one and see which one is causing the issue. Then you can double check the code you have entered to make sure it is correct. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
