How to insert link to an external website in the navigation menu?

Hello, Does anyone know how to have a navigation menu element link to an external page instead of to an internal one? For example, on my website (below), I'd like to click on "Blog" in the navigation menu and have it link directly to Blogger. Thanks a bunch. http://whitehead.cheme.cmu.edu/ |

| I wondered the same thing and what I did was, in a text box at the end of my nav menu, I wrote 'Blog' and linked it to my blog. I haven't published my site yet but when I preview it looks fine. It's in line and the same font. | |
