I did an "Add On" to my account. I have one that is opening up perfectly fine on the Internet and is the main website for my account. I did the "add on" with a separate domain name that is registered with EW and it went through all of the necessary steps to publish and when I went to view the website online, Safari and Chrome did not find it. I've cleared the history and website data and emptied the caches. After doing that I rebooted my computer. Nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! | I have not had this issue, this may help, I do not know. When in EW, when you go to the Publishing(?) page (from left side list), is the correct website listed under your main website? | |

The name servers for MRSDION.COM are not set correctly. You can login to your account and go to Domains->My Domains then press Manage Domains. Once there look for Nameservers at the top and change them to; Name Server: NS106.RAGESW.COM Name Server: NS107.RAGESW.COM If done correctly it will start working within 24 hours.
