I use Mac Mail on my Macbook to manage my emails. I have an iCloud account, a work google email account, and I use Everweb for my 2nd work email. It seems that I can never find past sent or deleted emails from my everweb email after a certain amount of time. Is there a way I can set up my everweb email to only archive and not delete so I can always search for them? Should I set it up via Google or not? Thanks in advance. |

| I'm searching for emails I've deleted. For instance, with my google email, when I delete, it doesn't actually delete, it archives and I can go back and find any sent or archived email. With my everweb I can not. Once it's sent, I can search for a sent email for like a month and then it's gone. | |

You mean when you check it online in webmail? Depending on which webmail client you are using you can store email for longer in the Sent inbox. Using gmail though is a great solution if you are used to that and you can follow our video tutorial on setting up your EverWeb email with gmail. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
