How do I reset my web mail password?

| I can't find where to reset my webmail password. I am able to access my account information with my main password, but I am unable to access my webmail. Lost my webmail password. | |

Login to your client area and go to Services->My Services and press View Details. Then you'll see Email accounts. Press that and you can enter a new password for your email addresses.

| Thank you for this quick reply. I went back to look at why I had a hard time locating webmail. I figured out why. With the "View Detail" button, there is an arrow beside it. My way of thinking led me to hit the arrow. The arrow revealed a short pull-down menu that did NOT reveal the contents of my "Manage Account" details. When you sent me this reply, I then realized the "View Detail" button was a hot link, and that got me to where I needed to go. I'm wondering if the pull-down menu at the arrow should have the same headings as within the hot link. | |
