Hi I have finished and uploaded the website to everweb, the site is currently hosted by 123-reg. they also who were i have bought the web address from. So when i check the site it still shows the old one hosted with 123-reg, i know i need to point the url to ever web but have no idea how or what to put as to where to point it? Also 123-reg offers me to temporary forward or permanently? Help confused and need the site working asap thanks sera ------------------------------- even the smallest feet leave footprints |

Hi Sera, Do you have an EverWeb + Hosting account? If so, did you look for the Welcome to EverWeb email which contains your name servers for your domain? This article explains in detail how to update your name servers. Yes have ever web with hosting, can't see an email containing that info, just invoices and thank you for buying with the download link. Will check the article. thanks x

Thank you, have now had the email after contacting customer services. I have changed the settings on the previous site, it says it could take up to 48 hours to complete. Is this standard or should i see results sooner? thanks again.
