How many copies of a script are needed?

I was looking at the source of the site mentioned in this topic... http://ragesw.net/easyweb-beta/viewtopic.php?f=4...t=924 ... and noticed this...  I've noticed this in other sites but this one is rather over the top with each script being listed 9 times.
