Viewing Metrics Inspector

I can't seem to find a metrics inspector in EasyWeb. Is there one? I have been fiddling around with the Chiropractic theme that is there and placed a logo on the page, however, I can't seem to get the logo in an exact position so that it differs from page to page and I can't seem to find a metrics inspector under either text or media or elsewhere that I can be precise about placement. Is there one? If not there needs to be. |

The metrics inspector is third from the left between shape and text.
