Just downloaded Easyweb and initial thoughts are very positive. I'm already struggling however to create a simple Navigation menu that is 1000px wide (the whole width of my page) and just 50px high. I have 5 pages in the navigation and would like a flat colour behind the menu that switches from Green to Black when you roll over one of the 5 options/pages in the menu. (Text is 11px and in white) I have added a rectangle to the menu to give me the Green background colour and managed to change the text white (simple so far). I have also changed the roll over colour to be black (all going well so far). The issue I have is trying to make the menu 1000px wide and 50px high with the text size being 11px. Playing with the padding and spacing increases both the height and width. To make it 1000px wide, the menu ends up 200'ish px high. i appreciate I can just make a green rectangle shape and put it behind, but then the roll over won't work. I would like the whole width of each of the menu pages to change colour. Any ideas as this is really beginning to bug me. |

Amazing - thank you. I feel a little bit silly having not worked that out but I am so used to just creating shapes with iWeb. The end result I know will be worth it! Thanks! |
