Page not appearing fully after publishing...

One of my pages is not loading after I publish it: https://cqpsych.com.au/dr-vanessa-ghea-psychologist.html The page appears when I preview the site, but not after publishing. I have tried various fixes, such as publishing entire site multiple times, and making small adjustments to the page, but nothing seems to work. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or something I have done wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated. I also have a couple of other issues with the site (such as the number of errors I am getting, the logo not appearing on all pages where it should), but this is the main one. |

Hi Scott, Thank you for your message. Please try the following: 1. Go to EverWeb -> Settings... 2. Select the Backup tab. 3. Click Manage Cache Files. 4. Select the Publishing Cache tab. 5. Make sure your website is checked. 6. Click Move to Trash. 7. Close the window. 8. Select File -> Publish Entire Site. Then check your website once again using a private/incognito browser window. If the issue persists after clearing the publishing cache and republishing, please send us: 1. A full-screen screenshot of the EverWeb editor, including the complete pages list on the left. 2. A full-screen screenshot of the published page showing what you see in your web browser. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, J.S. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

| Hi J.S. Thanks for the reply. I cleared the publishing cache as suggested, but this unfortunately did not fix the problem. I am attaching here the two screen shots you asked for. | |

Hi Scott, The website does not appear to be publishing completely. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to remove the website files so you can perform a clean publish. Once the files have been removed, publish the website again. We have also responded to you privately with additional details. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |
