Just added a new Gallery Page to site. I have two others and haven't had this problem. I can't see image file name? All others show on bottom of image thumbnail. It doesn't show on new page. What am I not doing right? Tim |

Hi Tim, Thank you for reaching out about this. To help me identify exactly why that setting isn't carrying over, could you please provide the following: * **Screenshots:** One of the new gallery page where the names are missing, and one of an older page where they are showing correctly. * **Settings Check:** Are you using the same Gallery widget for the new page as you did for the previous ones? Once I can compare the two, I should be able to tell you exactly which checkbox or setting needs to be adjusted to get those filenames back under your thumbnails. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

I've screwed around and deleted a page that showed file name. I have the one with no file names here. I hope this helps. I need for client to be able to pick via filename the one they like. Tim /Users/timsiegert/Desktop/Screenshot 2026-02-05 at 10.40.49 AM.png |

I've come across this "private" page that show filenames. Tim /Users/timsiegert/Desktop/Screenshot 2026-02-05 at 11.12.48 AM.png |

Hi Tim, Thanks for the follow-up. The file paths shown in your post are local to your computer, so we are not able to view those images or inspect the page setup from the forum. Because this involves reviewing your EverWeb project file and page configuration, this cannot be handled through the public forum. Sharing project files or detailed configuration information publicly can expose sensitive data, so for security reasons this needs to be handled through a private support ticket. Please do the following: 1. Open EverWeb so you are on the Welcome to EverWeb screen. 2. Locate your website project in the list. 3. Click the three dots next to the project name. 4. Select Send Project File to Support. 5. EverWeb will generate a sharing link. 6. Open a support ticket from your Client Area. 7. Paste the sharing link into the ticket message (not in the forum). In the ticket, please also include: - The name of the page where the filenames are not showing. - A full-screen screenshot of that Gallery page. Once we have the project file and page reference in a private ticket, we can compare the gallery settings and determine why the filenames are not displaying on that page. I think I finally figured it out.. Because my background is black and the image file name is black, it wouldn't show. I finally selected file name in image caption and went to font color, changed it to white and vuwalla it's fixed. Thank you so much for the time and effort to try and help me. May good karma come your way! Tim |
