Send in a crash report.

Crash reports can be found in the User library in the Home folder.

If you are running OS X 10.7/10.8, open the Finder Go drop down menu and hold down the Option key then click "Library".

The crash reports are in Logs/DiagnosticReports so the full path is ...

~Library/Logs/CrashReports

A crash report will look like this...

Double click it to open and check the time and date to select the latest one.

You can zip it by selecting it and then selecting Compress in the Finder File menu so that you can attach it to an email.

Hi..... I did submit a report. I think I've submitted a couple now.

I think the problem is with the file Im trying to open. Some kind of conflict with the programming possibly?? Im no expert though. I van open other files just not the one I need.

You need to send us the crash report otherwise we will have no idea where the problem is or how to provide a solution.

I don't see any crash reports sent to us. You may have pressed the Submit report button which sends the crash report to Apple. You need to copy and paste that into an email to our support.

I'll need you to send me your website project file then so I can take a look. Send it to https://billing.ragesw.com/submitticket.php

In the Finder go to the Go menu and select 'Go To Folder'

Then enter this in the dialog that opens up

~/Library/Application Support/EasyWeb/

Send me the files in that folder. Please compress them before sending it to me by right clicking on them and selecting Compress. If the file is too big, you can upload it at http://ge.tt and send the link to me.
