Hi Steve, The mentioned templates should already be there once you install the app. Please clarify which version of EverWeb you are using, and try reinstalling it, too. Please let us know how it goes. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

If the answer is to reinstall, where do I find version 3.7.1? And if I re-install will it do an install in place where it won’t change anything? S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

Hey Steve, you can find any version of the application from your client area: https://billing.ragesw.com/clientarea.php If you go to support - downloads - Everweb 3.x versions you should find what you are looking for. Here is a direct link to version 3.7.1: https://billing.ragesw.com/dl.php?type=d&id=60 Best regards, Joseph. ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

Correct. Only the software will get replaced. Not your project files. Please remember to always back up data etc on a regular basis though ;)

Hmmm... sorry to hear that Steve. Can you download any templates at all? Or is it just this one template? You could try deleting the templateinfo.xml from the Library-> Applications Support-> EverWeb folder. Before doing this quit EverWeb. Also you could always just move this file to a different location if you want. When you relaunch EverWeb this file should regenerate itself. If this does not work you may want to raise a support ticket. |

Oh, one more thing to check... go to EverWeb-> Preferences-> Account and make sure you are signed in to your EverWeb account. If not, this could be the cause of the message you see...
