Hover color not working on links updated or created in 3.9

| I just noticed that the hover color does not work on links, but only on the pages I updated or newly created on version 3.9. The underline function works, just not the hover color. I have tried changing the color, deleting and re-doing the links and nothing seems to work. Link on my page that were created previously still appear to function as intended. | |

| Actually, it's just Safari they aren't working in. Why am I not surprised...oh well. | |
