Viewing GIF on top of or behind another layer (text) inside a responsive row

GIF on top of or behind another layer (text) inside a responsive row

So I am trying to create an effect on my site using a GIF. I want to have it snowing behind and around text for a Black Friday ad. I want a black background, with snow falling on and around (or simply behind) the text advertising the sale. I already created the snow fall in Motion and made a GIF from the video. I can't seem to figure out how to add it to the layers...basically I want to know if it's possible to "stack" widgets in a responsive layer, similar to how layers work in Motion, Final Cut, Photoshop, etc.

Or is there another way to accomplish this? I'd love any ideas that might help with this. Perhaps one day we will have the option to use a video or GIF as a background fill? ;) Thanks!

Hi Jesse,

Yes, you can use a video background in a responsive format. Here is a widget that can help you with this:

The Responsive Background Video widget is in the Responsive Video pack.

wow...this is great. I am planning to use a video background on my site (https://wclub888.info/) but fearing that it will not be responsive on mobile.
