Vertical spacing between images in blog posting has changed

With the last update, when you place images in a blog posting one above another (or two above one, etc.) it no longer leaves the old comfortable space, the same as between the side by side images. Doesn't seem to be effecting previous postings, just new: Link to an example Is this a bug or a conscious change? |

Hi James, Looking at your site there is the same 5px margin/padding around the images. What some your older posts have is an extra return or line break entered between the vertically aligned images. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

I beg to differ - if the site is put into previous versions, the space showing in previous postings is simply the next space, put the curser to the left of an image, press delete and the previous image disappears - no extra space. BUT in the new version, open same old posting and: LINK TO DEMONSTRATION Open an old posting in the updated version - add a space and it gets very wide, take it away and it goes to the new narrower line, not where it was. Some sort of change in positioning parameters Not a big issue, if I don't want it I can always put a text line in there. Nevertheless it IS a slightly awkward shift - the former spacing cannot be duplicated no matter what is done (shy of changing font size for one added space - yuck). |
