Differing Fonts/setup/formatting issue?

User: Frank C. one year ago
I just realized in my last website push that something changed and now on all mobile devices, Android, and iOS as well as via Firefox on a laptop, my website looks different than it should. Please see attached screenshots. Am I doing something wrong in formatting things?

The first screenshot is an "as is" on my website. The second image is a screenshot in EverWeb with settings.

If someone wishes to poke around my site to see what I've done and has suggestions for this it is FranksRails Photography, LLC.

Regards,

-Frank C.

I will add that when doing a "preview website" everything looks fine. It is only when on the external server that it has issues it seems...See attached image.

Frank -

Like your site...(here come the "but"...) please NO blue text on back background.
It's flat ugly and people with a hint of color blindness will not be able to read it.

Thank you for the bit of advice. Any ideas as to why the other issue is happening though?

I'm pondering it. EW support may ask for a copy of the project file to inspect it. I'll let you know if something comes to mind.
Hang in!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

Can you please send the exact URL of the page that you are having issues with?

Also, it would be best to open a ticket with customer support so we can get your project file and figure out the issue.

Hi Paul,

I will put a GOOD WARNING about this particular page, it is my model section, the main photo section does the same thing, and has NSFW content to it. Modeling Page. It does seem though, with a re-upload of the site that iOS devices after clearing cookies is back to looking somewhat normal. I am not sure on Android devices though.

I can open a ticket on Wednesday when I get back to my computer that has the file so I can upload the project file then. It is rather large (40-60 Gigs).

Paul,

I didn't even know the support team was involved yet! Either way it looks to be fine on Apple based products.
