Unfortunately, that does not give enough control. For example, the first checkbox below will enable or disable the other fields indented below it. I don't see a way to do this with the advanced contact form. ❏ checkbox for items below (enabled when this is checked, disabled when this is unchecked) ⦿ radio ban 1 ☑︎ checkbox ____________ entry field |
