I've got a bunch of videos in my website. Most of them work fine, but two of them only work in Safari. In chrome and firefox the audio plays but not the video. Anything I need to check? One video is a .MOV file that I've tried converting to m4v, mp4, and mpg. The other is an m4v file that I've tried converting to mp4 and mpg, to no avail. I've got other videos in m4v that seem to work fine in the other browsers. |

How do I send the project file? Currently i'm publishing either to a folder or via FTP to the hosting site, which is not currently EverWeb. Is there a link to create a ticket? | |

One of the videos is a MOV file, which I've attempted to convert to mpg, m4v, and mp4 formats. The other file is a m4v container, which I have unsuccessfully attempted to convert to mp4 and mpg formats. Other movies that I have saved in m4v format seem to play without any problems in the other browsers.

How do I deliver the file for the project? At the moment, I publish either to a folder or via FTP to the hosting site, which is not currently EverWeb. Either way, the hosting site is not EverWeb.

Make sure all the videos are MP4 - CodecH.264, AAC Use the freeware Miro Video Converter to convert all other formats. If you website is responsive make sure you use a widget that loads the video in two sizes for computer and mobile devices. Examples... Mobile Compatible Autopause MP4, Vimeo & YouTube for responsive web pages. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
