How do I set the page height of all blog entries

| In the blog entries, the navigation links (next/previous/archive) occur right after the blog text. This causes the links to jump around when the user navigates through entries. I'd like the navigation links to occur at the bottom of the page, either by floating, or by having a constant height so the links are in a consistent position. The 'Minimum Content Height' doesn't seem to be honored | |
