****Don't know why the attachment isn't showing up**** I'm trying to create some pages (converting an existing website) which has essentially, responsive rows where the top row would be a normal responsive row, while the bottom is responsive, but floats to the bottom. When I create responsive rows in ever web, the rows always seem to take up the minimum height required by the items it contains. so I can't seem to size the middle row (or flex box) so it takes up the remaining height.
