Is there a way for the contact form to identify which website it comes from?

For example, I have two websites for one individual. Both have the contact form widget. He gets emails from both of his web sites, but he can't tell which one its coming from unless the sender says so. It would be great if there was a field of some kind that would let the owner where the email is coming from.

You can change the subject of each contact form that is used when you get the email.

You should also see the full url link of the contact form in bottom of the email you receive. I believe that was added in EverWeb 3.4

If you use the Contact Forms Enhanced add-on you can sort the contact form submissions in your client area account and see an organized list of all form submissions by Contact Form. You can also search, sort and export submissions.

Hope this helps!

Paul, is "subject" a field somewhere? I'll check the url at the bottom of the email. Thanks

Here is an example of an email originating with an Everweb contact form and you can see that there is no url to show where it came from.
