Small business owner/EW user here. I have a website created and hosted by EW, and I would now like to add a blog page with "blog.website.com" as a subdomain. When I create the blog page of the website, it won't let me point just that page to the subdomain. So do I need an entire different project file just for the blog page of the site to use the subdomain? | |

Hi Anita, Yes, you should publish the blog page to the subdomain as a separate "website." ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

You seem to have encountered a technical problem while setting up your website. If your current website, EW, doesn't allow you to point a specific page to a subdomain like "blog.website.com", you may need a workaround. One option is to create a separate project file or directory specifically for your blog in your hosting environment. This will essentially create a separate section of your website dedicated to blog content. You can then set the "blog.website.com" subdomain to point to this directory or project file. I especially use the site for the blog https://essaypro.com/buy-dissertation Alternatively, you can explore different hosting options or contact EW Customer Support for assistance. They may have alternative solutions or recommendations to help you achieve your goal of creating a blog page with a subdomain. Be sure to consider the technical requirements and implications of creating a subdomain and make sure it aligns with your overall website strategy and goals. |
