HELP again about WYSIWYG in preview mode, I am going crazy....

I am going really crazy with this software, I know that must annoy or even annoy, but I use the software in the simplest way possible.
I have been on this problem since last night, this is what I have in EW and this is what I get in preview (see attached images file) I really ask myself the question is this EW is really WYSIWYG ??? I waste precious time wondering if what I have in EW is really what I will have online.

If I do something wrong tell me...!

HI Richard,

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

Without seeing your project file, I think you are just seeing a browser caching issue.

To fix this, empty the browser cache in Safari and reload your page.

To do this;
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.

However, if that doesn't work, contacting support with your project file will help us track down the issue.

Hi Alex and thanks but I already did many time this safari cach reset...note I have the same problem with FIREFOX.

Thanks about the support ticket but I already had an unresolved problem with the shadow, remember ! no I think I will give up this choice of frame, it's a shame to sacrifice an artistic choice because of a technical problem, I must be cursed if I am alone with this problem, for all I use EW in the way the simplest possible and I am not a web designer, so I use it as an amateur.

Maybe that's me the problem, right? I am damned..:(


Here another problem today !! I have now a different image in EW than Safari or Firefox...

It is really not reassuring, another example today !! this is what I see in EW and this is what I have with Safari and Firefox !!(see the dropbox enclosed)

Who should I trust ? now the reverse is happening ...Safari and Firefox is good, not in EW !!!!!!!!

Can I trust EW ? i have spent hours and months making my website, and now every time I work I get worried wondering if iI am going to lose everything.

I assure you that EW is not behaving reassuringly, understand that you cannot afford to waste a complete website and hours of work on software that I have purchased and which I should totally trust.

I am now worried every time I open EW.

Hi Richard,

I am sorry for these issues.

However, it is impossible for me to provide a proper answer and solution without seeing the project file and testing it here.

Also, can you clarify what version of Mac OS are you using?

I have the last version of Mac OS X 10.15.7

Just take a look at this video you can see that the picts I have in EW are different Vs I have in preview mode !!! I don't understand.
