Control how portrait merges with text

| I have a responsive row with a portrait on the right of the row, and a bio on the left. When narrowing the browser window the portrait moves over behind the text, which is what I want; but when at it's narrowest, only the shoulder from the portrait still appears behind the text. How do I fix that? | |
