Major problems with FlexBox widgets, re: smartphones

User: Tegan B. 3 years ago
Having major, major problems with a flex box widget with four columns. Website looks great in Safari. Okay in Chrome and Firefox.

When I view site on smartphone settings one of the FlexBox widgets doesn't transfer. 4 columns. Only 2 appear. Can't scroll sideways to see the other two columns cuz the responsive row (RR) ends. Scrollos right to see it, the text is there for one of the columns but the RR background doesn't work. It's gone.

Is this fixable?

I am in trial of 3.3.1

FlexBox row is not full width (though I've tried that as well) but is inside a RR

Hi Tegan,

Thank you for the details.

Please, remove Flexbox widget from Responsive Row, as they shouldn't be used together.
Try to add Flexbox widget directly to the page and it should work fine.

If you experience any issues with your website, please feel free to create a support ticket with us, and we will be happy to help.

Let me know how it goes.

Okay. I will do that. I can't figure out how to get the widget out of the RR. How do I do that? When I try to drag it out, it just goes to another RR

Hi Tegan.

The easiest way to remove the flexbox from the responsive row is to select the flex box, go to Edit->Copy, then click on any other part of your page and go to Edit->Paste.

Then delete the Responsive Row with the Flexbox in it.
