Here's a link to a page about image compression and info about an a free app that will quickly compress your images before importing into EverWeb. For those who can't or won't optimise their images before import ,further down the page there's a FREE Widget that will allow your content to load with a fade in animation which gives content - like a poorly inserted hero image - to load before the content appears. In case you missed it, this page has info about batch resize images before import. Some of you who want to used more advanced techniques may be interested in previewing some of the other widgets in this section. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! You seem to be having a problemwithf images not rendering in EverWeb. I have just sent you a screenshot of the Image Compare widget showing the image in EverWeb. Quote: Thanks, but unfortunately, it doesn't work. I can insert pictures, but I can't see anything. What are you inserting pictures with and where can they not be seen - in EverWeb or in the browser? Can you publish a test page so that I can see what the problem is? ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! All problems solved, the fault was entirely mine, thanks for the help to Everweb and Everwebwidget. I only reduced the file size, but not the image itself. Once again, thanks for the good support |
